Southern Rivers Champions of the Catchment 2006/07 Awards

Winners of Southern Rivers CMA's inaugural Champions of the Catchment Awards were announced on 9 August 2007.

The 10 award categories included:

• Individual Landcarer Award
• Rivercare Award
• Nature Conservation Award
• Landcare Community Group Award
• Local Government Landcare Community Partnerships Award
• Landcare Primary Producer Award
• Landcare Education Award
• Landcare Indigenous Community Award
• Coastcare Community Award
• Young Landcarer Award (Regional Award only)

Award Winners (except Young Landcarer Award) will be sent on to the NSW Landcare Awards in Tamworth in October 2007.
