Partnering with the Southern Rivers CMA

Southern Rivers CMA has developed partnerships with a range of government, community and industry organisations and groups across the Southern Rivers region.

Six NRM Reference groups (also called Local Management Teams) have been established bringing together local and state government, community and industry stakeholders. These groups will work with Southern Rivers CMA staff and Board members to guide strategic direction for NRM in each sub-region.

Our engagement approach is outlined in the Southern  Rivers CMA’s Engagement and Partnership Strategy that establishes strategic priorities for action for the period 2008 – 2011.

Southern Rivers CMA welcomes contact from individuals, groups and organisations who would like to collaborate or partner with Southern Rivers CMA on a natural resource management issue. If you would like to discuss an idea or specific proposal please contact your nearest Southern Rivers CMA office.
